Fishers Junior High School

The boys and girls cross-country teams kicked off their season at Riverside last night competing against ten other teams in the Talon Invitational. In the boys varsity race the team was led by Lance Lambertus, who placed 17th overall! Lincoln Gunn was the second Charger across the finish line as he ran a new PR (personal record) time! Connor Lidstrom, Connor Benner, and Beckett Gunter rounded out the scoring for the Chargers! Damon Howard also ran a new PR time! In the boys JV race, the Chargers were led by Alex Taghon, who ran a great race! Zane Duncan, Jameson Bradshaw, Colton Foster, and Muhammad Ndiaye rounded out the scoring for the Chargers! The Fishers Junior High girls team had their kickoff at Riverside, and they showed up ready to compete! We saw some solid times, great effort, and a lot of determination from all of the girls. Every athlete gave it her all and continues to show improvement as the season moves along. We are excited to see what they can do when they put it all together! Keep working hard, ladies!
