Last night, the Boys Track Team placed fifth at the Shamrock Relays. Leading the way for the Chargers was Josh Benedict, who placed 4th in the 1600 meter run! The throws team of Dimeji Dairo and Nate Cherry combined to place 4th in both the shot put and the discus, as did the long jump duo of Kota Omura and Jayce Warden! The 4 x 200 Meter Relay team of CJ Branock, Preston Smith, Laith Frush, and Isaac Hibbert placed fourth, as did the 4 x 100 Meter Relay team of Branock, Smith, Warden, and Hibbert! On Wednesday night, the Girls Track Team also placed fifth at the Shamrock Relays. Leading the way for the Chargers was a trio of 3rd place finishers. Harper Geshay and Jada Coomber combined to place 3rd in the high jump. The 4 x 200 Meter Relay team of Jada Coomber, Robyn Hill, Ellie Kinsella, and Cait Warren placed third, as did the 4 x 100 Meter Relay team of Jada Coomber, Charlotte Wolf, Eva Ramirez, and Cait Warren! The Chargers are back in action next week as they finish their season at the Hamilton County Meet!
