The boys track team defeated Carmel last night by a score of 60-54! Leading the way for the Chargers were multiple event winners: Jackson Campbell won the 100 meter hurdles, Isaac Hibbert won the 200 meter dash, Kota Omura won the long jump, Preston Smith won the high jump, and Dimeji Dairo won both the shot put and the discus! The 4 x 100 Meter Relay Team of Kota Omura, CJ Branock, Preston Smith, and Isaac Hibbert also won! Runner-up finishers for the Chargers included Kota Omura in the 100 meter dash, Motaz Nourene-Ali in the 800 meter run, CJ Branock in the 200 meter dash, Josh Benedict in the 2400 meter run, Jayce Warden in the long jump, Noah Brown in the high jump, and Nate Cherry in both the shot put and the discus! The Chargers will be back in action tonight when they travel to Westfield for the Shamrock Relays.
